THERAPY

Digital Therapy is becoming more and more popular due to current restrictions, It includes, text messaging, phone calling, and video calling. It has recently become many people's first point of call when needing help as it has the therapeutic benefits of a face to face session, without the worry of attend the clinic. All forms of digital therapy can help with anxiety, depression, and stress. Sophie herself will be using psychotherapy during each form of therapy to ensure the best practice possible even when not working face to face.

Here at SDH, we offer - 
​
TEXT THERAPY
For £30 per week we offer as many text messages as you feel you need throughout that week. Text when you are feeling low, worried, anxious, or simply just to get some techniques, tips and tricks to help you through the time. All texts will be responded to within 15 minutes during the hours of 8am-8pm.

PHONE CALL THERAPY
Each phone call lasts 30 minutes and is £25.
​
VIDEO THERAPY
At SDH, we provide video therapy via Skype. The sessions last 45 minutes and are £45.
